CANDIDA OWENS
Co-founder & Managing Director
Candida has 24 years' experience in the special metals and minerals sector. Having worked at a few medium-sized UK Metal trading companies, she joined the Cronimet Group in 2008 and helped set up a subsidiary Cronimet Central Africa AG, where she was a shareholder, Director and Sales Manager, helping to set up and run the business. The company was established to purchase 3Ts (Tin, Tantalum and Tungsten) and became the largest exporter of these minerals from Rwanda.
After the Cronimet Group sold its mining assets to concentrate on its core Steel scrap business. Candida joined MTALX Ltd where she set up purchasing operations in Central Africa and Brazil, where she ran the Minerals book. The contacts Candida has built up over the last 24 years both at government and local levels will bring the strength and the backbone to Petrus Minerals sourcing and sales.

Clemens possesses a wealth of expertise in international business development within the Metallurgy & Fintech industry, spanning Europe, Asia, and Africa. His remarkable achievements include earning global acclaim at Zenza Capital for successfully launching a fully regulated blockchain digital payment solution in Japan.
During his tenure of five years at Metalysis, he garnered extensive experience in various areas such as mining, gravity separation processes for concentrates, mineral trading, solvent extraction systems for oxide powder production, and electrolysis processes for alloyed metal manufacturing. Leveraging Clemens's extensive international network, he is poised to uncover fresh prospects and forge new opportunities for Petrus Minerals.

Paul embarked on a distinguished career spanning over three decades in banking and finance.
Pauls journey included key roles at renowned companies, including Director and Head of Trading for EMEA equities at ING-Barings, co-Head of EMEA at Donaldson Lufkin & Jenerette, Director at Renaissance Investment Management, Partner at the hedge fund Vantage Capital Markets, and Director of International Banking for Zenza Capital, a blockchain-powered digital payment solution provider. Paul brings a wealth of experience and profound expertise in navigating financial and political risk to the table.

Dr. Persico is a seasoned board level executive with almost 40 years’ experience in the chemicals, electronics, and metals related business segments. Included in this experience are 7 years as President, and over 10 years serving on the board, of the “Tantalum-Niobium International Study Center” (T.I.C.), the global trade organization representing the tantalum and niobium related industries.
His past responsibilities including SVP Mergers & Acquisitions, SVP Global Sales & Marketing, VP Business Development, and VP Tantalum Technology, for KEMET Electronics Corp., and TOKIN Corp of Japan, give him a unique perspective in value development and generation. Dan has sat multiple boards over his career.

John is a serial entrepreneur, sought-out technical expert, and prolific researcher in earth and planetary sciences. Minor planet 11652 was named “JOHNBROWNLEE” in recognition to his many contributions to computing and the planetary sciences, including landing assay experiments on Mars. As founder of J. Brownlee & Associates Inc. he leads executive consulting specializing in difficult technical and IP development projects ranging from optical design and semiconductor science to porphyry geochemistry and digital transaction processing. The phone in your pocket and the satellites monitoring most mining around the world run his algorithms As the third generation of Brownlee’s in the metals business, John is licensed to practice patent law and geology in Arizona, USA combining legal, scientific and technical excellence to great benefit of Petrus Minerals.
